About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily care needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. You will also participate in holistic caring activities and promote continuity of care by reading and acting on individual care plans. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and report any changes in residents' condition will be essential in ensuring the highest standard of care.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in care work is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and progress in your career.
