We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Colchester Land Rover, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality vehicle repairs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
  • Conducting vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  • Carrying out additional repairs once authorized by the customers
  • Warranty repairs as per the manufacturer's guidelines and relevant paperwork is complete
  • Taking customers' vehicles on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified
  • Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in light vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably with NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. You should also be self-motivated, able to work effectively in a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
