The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment consultants, developing strategies to attract top talent, and building relationships with clients and candidates.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality results*

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates*

* Provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance*
