We are seeking a dedicated and caring General Practitioner to join our team at Hart Medical Practice.

About the Role

We are a friendly 5 GP GMS practice located in Hartlepool, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed GP to work with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of the practice
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced practice team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in the practice's quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of high QOF standards
  • Support the practice's nurse-led triage, minor illness, and long-term conditions services
  • Contribute to the practice's special interest and personal development programs
