Job Description:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and students with their learning. Your primary responsibilities will include adapting teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of our students, providing one-on-one support and small group interventions, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with SEND.Develop and implement tailored learning plans to cater to individual students' needs.Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to the class teacher.

Qualifications and Experience:

A proven track record of working with children, particularly those with SEND, is essential. You will also need strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with the teaching team, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
