We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Palliative Care Staff Nurse to join our team at St. Rocco's Hospice. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with the Ward Manager and Clinical Lead to develop and deliver the strategic business plan objectives
- Participate in clinical effectiveness initiatives and contribute to the development of policy documents, protocols, and pathways
- Support the coordination, development, and management of the nursing service offered at St. Rocco's Hospice
- RGN/Adult qualification
- Experience of working in a nursing capacity, preferably in a palliative care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and as part of a multidisciplinary team
