About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner at Vimy Barracks, Catterick Garrison. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • General cleaning of accommodation and office areas, including rubbish disposal and cleaning of washrooms and kitchen areas.
  • Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
  • Work effectively without supervision, using your initiative to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met, and that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.
  • Perform any other duties required to complete the team tasks, including maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties and a can-do attitude.
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Be able to manage your workload in a good timescale, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
