Join Waterman Aspen as a Senior Project Engineer and play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. As a key member of our Rail team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising junior staff, and ensuring the successful coordination of engineering deliverables.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with significant experience working with Rail Standards such as Network Rail and/or Transport for London. You should have proven ability to supervise and mentor junior members of staff, build and maintain excellent client relationships, and manage engineering interfaces of multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication
  • Coordinate and supervise the engineering coordination of multiple disciplines
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of staff
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to orchestrate and supervise the engineering coordination of multiple disciplines
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior members of staff
  • Significant experience working with Rail Standards
