We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Design Engineer to lead and deliver multiple electrical engineering consultancy services projects across various sectors, including life sciences, defence, education, commercial, residential, renewable energy, industrial, retail, healthcare, and leisure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing electrical systems and be able to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

About the Role:

  • Lead and deliver electrical design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Building Services/Electrical Engineering degree or higher educational qualification.
  • Chartered engineer or working towards membership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
