Employment Lawyer for Part-Time Fixed-Term Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term contract basis.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Employment Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of employment issues, provide expert legal advice and support to stakeholders, and advocate for clients at meetings to ensure their interests are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess employment inquiries and offer advice on contractual concerns, salary issues, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and conduct proceedings, which involves preparing statements and disclosure bundles.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years PQE and have experience handling high-volume advisory work. You must also possess exceptional organisational skills, adept at handling intricate cases and workloads with efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a client-centred approach are essential.
Working Arrangements:
This part-time role requires you to work in the office one day per week, with one of your three working days being a Friday.
Salary:
The salary for this position is £55,000 FTE.
