Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Practitioner to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in a GP practice setting, providing care to patients with a range of medical needs. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a primary care environment, with a strong focus on infection prevention and control. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve health outcomes
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
  • Experience working in a primary care environment
  • Strong focus on infection prevention and control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
