Key Responsibilities



  • Hold an early years qualification at level three or above and have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
  • Have excellent EYFS knowledge and be passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure they feel nurtured, supported and motivated.
