Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages of varying sizes and weights to customers' homes in perfect condition.
  • Ensure deliveries are made within the agreed time window and are free from damage.
  • Provide excellent customer service and actively encourage positive feedback.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and compliant with regulations.
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
  • Practice correct manual handling techniques when handling packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to handle packages of varying weights and sizes.
