Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge in Carterton. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property upkeep and repair, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the property remains in good condition.
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on maintenance-related matters.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping, with experience working in a similar environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as basic IT skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
