Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Grind & Co. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dial in grinders to brand standards
  • Open and close down coffee section independently
  • Multi-task and perform a busy service solo
  • Maintain the desired speed of service, quality of product, and overall consistency for the group
  • Deliver coffee to customers in an engaging and friendly manner
  • Pour basic latte art and understand all milks used at Grind
  • Maintain cleanliness of section at all times
  • Communicate any stock shortages/issues to the Head Barista or Manager on shift
  • Wear full and correct uniform always
Requirements:
  • A strong team player, especially during peak service times
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Strong barista skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to problem-solve with a solutions-driven approach
  • Friendly, approachable, and fun work attitude
