Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to our staff
- Escalate calls to senior technicians as necessary
- Assist in larger projects, including some travel and out-of-hours work
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Create knowledgebase documents for repeat problems
- Support new staff with technology on their first day
- A strong interest in IT and a desire to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a team and be approachable and friendly
- Confidence in speaking with people and a personal interest in IT
- 5x A* C / 9 5 GCSE or Equivalent
