We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our expanding IT Team in our Lockington head office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the continued growth of the practice, working with all disciplines across our four offices.

FPCR is a leading award-winning multidisciplinary environmental design practice with expertise in Landscape, Urban Design, Masterplanning, Architecture, Ecology, and Arboriculture. We offer a dynamic and diverse work environment, and our staff wellbeing is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to our staff
  • Escalate calls to senior technicians as necessary
  • Assist in larger projects, including some travel and out-of-hours work
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Create knowledgebase documents for repeat problems
  • Support new staff with technology on their first day
Requirements
  • A strong interest in IT and a desire to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a team and be approachable and friendly
  • Confidence in speaking with people and a personal interest in IT
  • 5x A* C / 9 5 GCSE or Equivalent
