At Agility Resoucing, we're seeking a recent graduate with some experience in finance to join our team as a Financial Services Expert. In this role, you'll be working closely with the senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance Manager and Director. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Analysis: You'll be responsible for comparing actual results with plans and forecasts to identify financial status.
  • Cost Analysis: Establish and enforce policies and procedures to guide cost analysis processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Analyze results, monitor variances, and reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Decision Making: Recommend actions based on data analysis and comparative analyses.
  • Productivity Improvement: Develop automated accounting applications to increase productivity.
  • Confidentiality: Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Requirements
  • You must have a 2:1 or above degree in Maths, Economics, Business, or a statistical-based subject.
