Job Title: Unqualified MFL Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified MFL Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As an MFL Educator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive MFL lessons to Secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering MFL lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Support students' physical, emotional, and social development through classroom activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to adapt the MFL curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their personal best.
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for MFL and working with young people.
  • Experience in teaching Secondary age pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
