Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
