Job Title: HGV C+E Class 1 Driver

We are seeking an experienced HGV C+E Class 1 driver to join our team at Wright Staff. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering steel tube and sheet products to our clients.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK HGV C+E Class 1 driving licence, held for 2 years for insurance purposes. Some steel experience is preferred, but not essential. You will also require a valid UK CPC card and a valid UK Digi Card.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive HGV C+E Class 1 vehicles delivering steel tube and sheet products
  • Trunking and trailer swap experience is required
  • Load securing and handling of steel trailers
  • Long haul driving with occasional weekends and bank holidays
Requirements:
  • UK HGV C+E Class 1 driving licence, held for 2 years for insurance purposes
  • Valid UK CPC card
  • Valid UK Digi Card
  • Some steel experience preferred
