About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team on a 18 month Fixed Term Contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years administration experience and be able to work closely with our Sustainability team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sustainability Team: Collaborate with the Sustainability team to improve performance and promote sustainability.
  • Ensure Awareness: Ensure the continued awareness of the Sustainability Strategy and Standards within the company.
  • Site Visits: Manage frequent visits to construction sites to assess compliance with the in-house environmental management system and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in the collation, analysis and reporting of data.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with the sustainability agenda, best practice guidelines and understand how they may affect the company.
  • Guidance: Prepare guidance to assist project teams in managing sustainability.
  • Reporting: Compile written reports on sustainability performance.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrator with at least 5 years administration experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work closely with our Sustainability team.
