Job Title: Senior Manager IFRS 17 Operations Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our IFRS 17 operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to IFRS 17 financial reporting, including the production of quarterly and annual results. The role requires a strong technical understanding of the IFRS 17 standard and experience in applying it to financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the IFRS 17 operations team to ensure timely and accurate production of financial results.
  2. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with IFRS 17 standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial reporting.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on IFRS 17-related matters.
  5. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates to IFRS 17 standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in IFRS 17 financial reporting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS 17 standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
