Account Director RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team and drive growth with our esteemed clients. As a key member of our account management team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with brand users to maximize the benefits of our tool
- Initiating projects with clients, checking feasibility, and working out budgets, teams, and resources
- Prioritizing project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth workflow
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
