Sales and Events Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at The Massage Company. As a Sales and Events Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our Massage Therapy vouchers at various events around the Tunbridge Wells area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and attend local events, including school fetes, gyms, park runs, church fairs, and other community events.
  • Research events on Eventbrite and Social Media to identify opportunities to promote our services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our Massage Therapy vouchers to potential customers.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with local businesses and community members.
  • Coordinate multiple events and ensure the successful setup and dismantling of promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in face-to-face sales is essential.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to coordinate multiple events.
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle.
Salary and Benefits:

This is a self-employed role offering 15-25 hours per week, paying £15 per hour plus commission. The annual salary is £36,000 pro-rata (40 hours). All applications will be handled by 4Leisure Recruitment, our retained recruitment partner.
