Job Overview

Fisher German is a leading UK-wide property consultancy with a strong focus on infrastructure services. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to Associate Partner to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer a range of benefits including a discretionary bonus scheme, company car or car allowance, generous holiday entitlement, private healthcare, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced surveyor to manage and advise on infrastructure projects from local to national scale. The ideal candidate will have MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications, strong project management skills, excellent IT skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on all aspects of their interactions with landowners, providing professional support
  • Managing infrastructure projects from routing through to construction and completion
  • Liaising with landowners and dealing with public enquiries
  • Supporting the training and mentoring of our graduates in the team
  • Reporting directly to clients on progression with projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

MRICS or AssocRICS qualificationsStrong project management skillsExcellent IT skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsThe ability to self-manage in order to meet deadlinesExperience in building strong lasting relationships, networking and promoting the business
