We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Gousto. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all procedures are followed, and that our high standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular audits of Mechanical Handling Equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Produce shift reports and analyze statistics to identify areas for improvement
- Support individual team members through coaching and mentoring, and facilitate employee engagement surveys and actions
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and escalate any issues to relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with the engineering, production, and planning teams to drive performance and deliver key performance indicators
- Previous experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with a proven track record of leading a team
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Experience conducting formal investigations and leading return-to-work interviews
- Previous certification or experience with Mechanical Handling Equipment, Warehouse Management Systems, and Radio Data Terminals
