Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Specialist Perinatal Community Mental Health Service. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering care to women in a range of community settings.

Main Responsibilities

The post holder will provide strong clinical leadership and expertise to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards are maintained. They will hold a caseload and manage regular follow-up and assessment clinics, working closely with the medical team to ensure effective patient flow and discharge management.

The post holder will also be responsible for building strong links with primary care colleagues and secondary care services, ensuring effective pathways are in place. They will provide training relating to perinatal mental health for other disciplines.
