Job Description

As a Supply Planner at Zachary Daniels Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous supply of goods to our clients large retailer estate. Your main areas of accountability will include service delivery, stock management, and cost optimization. To succeed in this role, you must be able to maximize product availability, manage stock levels and shrinkage within budget, and demonstrate agile problem-solving skills. A good understanding of the Supply Chain process and Warehouse and Store Replenishment systems is essential. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days at head office during the week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver company availability targets for all retail channels while balancing associated cost and stock.
  • Manage stock within company budgets, including discontinued and deranged stock, and deliver within company reduced and waste budget.
  • Maximize product availability across your allocated range of products while keeping both stock levels and shrinkage within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate agile problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of the Supply Chain process and Warehouse and Store Replenishment systems.
  • Can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop within a business that offers fantastic growth opportunities.
