We are seeking a Pupil Behaviour Assistant Professional to support challenging behaviour in children and adolescents with a calm and nurturing personality. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain experience working in education and have previous experience supporting children aged 11-16.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children in small groups to develop their social skills and behaviours.
- Working with children with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) to promote their independence and well-being.
- Using a patient and caring approach to build positive relationships with young people.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with MLD or similar behavioural needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
