About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to fill a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs to staff members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training sessions, as well as one-on-one training and floor walking sessions.
  • Create learning courseware and end-user documentation, ensuring that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Design eLearning modules to supplement or replace traditional training classes.
  • Maintain and update learning courseware and end-user documentation to ensure continued accuracy.
  • Ensure administrative processes are completed in a timely manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance routines on training PCs to ensure images are prepared for delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience in training delivery and development in a similar role at a similar level.
  • Proficiency in developing eLearning modules with Articulate or Captivate.
  • Legal training experience is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and other relevant legal applications.
  • Proficiency in iManage document management system applications.
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, mobile devices, and telephone systems.
  • ATD, TAP, or TPMA training qualification or equivalent (desirable).
Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
