About the Opportunity

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Professional to join its team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch desktop support and troubleshooting, managing tickets, and ensuring new starters have the necessary IT equipment to hit the ground running.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus flexible working options and access to a subsidised onsite canteen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional desktop support and troubleshooting services
  • Manage tickets efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Provide new starters with necessary IT equipment
  • SUPPORT laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
  • Contribute to IT projects that drive business impact

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • A strong customer focus and passion for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Residency within a 40-minute commute of Cambridge
