Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintenance of forest walk - cutting back brambles, strimming weeds and grass, keeping the area clear.">
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures and carrying out necessary health and safety checks.">
  • General maintenance of power tools, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, strimmer.">
  • Advise the manager of any inadequately controlled hazards to customers, colleagues, and visitors.">
  • Grounds Maintenance - weeding beds, general grounds maintenance, hedge trimming, planting of new flower beds and seasonal plants, tending to potted plants, edging of beds, collection and disposal of leaves in autumn.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Range of practical skills including maintenance and gardening.">
  • Understanding of health and safety in the workplace.">
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.">
  • Ability to plan and organize workload efficiently.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills.">
  • Previous gardening or maintenance experience.">
