Job Title: KS2 Class Teacher

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Class Teacher to join our team.

Job Type:

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in the future.

Salary:

£140 - £220 Per day

Benefits:

+£50 referral fee

Job Duties:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters student engagement and motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of student progress and achievements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students
  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is required.Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting is necessary.Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily in a classroom setting
  • Regular interaction with students, parents, and school staff
  • Full-time hours with occasional extra-curricular activities or events
