Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Field Unit Engineer to join our team in Poole or New Forest. As a Field Unit Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of construction requirements related to SSEN owned assets and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of capital works construction projects, fluid-filled cable faults, asset portfolio plan, and connections as directed by Project Managers.
- Oversee the management of substation and cabling projects, providing SAP resource and PM duties for internal delivery projects as required.
Requirements:
- SAP authorisation including full Sanction For Test (SFT).
- Proven experience in testing and witnessing commissioning of HV/EHV distribution systems.
- Ability to carry out fault investigation, locations, and repairs on EHV fluid-filled cable systems.
Salary: £58,630 - £68,098 per annum + car/cash allowance + benefits package.
