Welcome to Wenham Carter Group, a leading Cyber MGA looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Wholesale Broker Development Lead. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for driving business development and growth through our wholesale broker network.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Cyber Insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. If you have experience distributing a cyber insurance product via a broker network and a proven track record of growing GWP, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK cyber insurance market, including emerging trends and developments. They'll also be able to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with our team.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
