About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Apex Hotels in Bath. As a key member of our Kitchen and Food and Beverage departments, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation in our kitchen and back of house facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen, refuse areas, and relevant stores, corridors, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness.
- Use cleaning agents and equipment within the perimeters of COSHH Legislation.
- Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of food.
