Introduction to Childcare
Tops Day Nurseries is offering a free Level 1 Childcare course designed to provide an introduction to the childcare sector. This study programme is ideal for individuals aged 16-18 looking to start a career in childcare.
Course Details
- Term-time only course
- Access to bursary funding to support with costs associated with the programme
- All uniform and resources provided free of charge
- Great access route into paid apprenticeships
- Opportunities to upskill English and Maths
What We Offer
As a student on this course, you will gain quality work experience and practical, tutor-led workshops/1:1 sessions, as well as online learning. A typical week consists of one study day and three days' work experience. We cater for all individual needs and design the programme to suit you as an individual.
Our Approach
Tops Day Nurseries believes in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible world for all. We aim to achieve this through educating the children of today, so that they, in turn, can influence the way future generations live. This course has fantastic success rates and progression onto Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeships.
