Fabric Maintenance Specialist

Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of general fabric trades, including carpentry and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building fabric, including painting and decorating.
- Fix furniture and assist the maintenance team on site.
- Escort sub-contractors and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks.
- Have a basic understanding of commercial building maintenance and building fabric duties.
- Be proficient in basic PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet use.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm.
