Job Title: Team Manager for Disabled Children's Team

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team in Haringey. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality services to children and young people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in providing services to children and young people with disabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless and holistic responses to children's needs.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to identify and promote best practice.
  • Ensure that all work activities adhere to the Council's policies and organisational values.
Requirements:
  • Experience of community and/or group work.
  • Knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
