About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our top-tier Private Client team in Leeds, specializing in rural law and trusts. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on heritage property, capital tax planning, and structuring for succession and tax efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of high-value private family trusts, advising on trust law and governance, taxation, and re-structuring.
  • Assist senior team members with complex cases and participate in networking and business development events to strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service, maintaining attention to detail and seamless communication with clients.
About You

We are looking for an Associate with a passion for Private Client work and a proven interest in agricultural matters. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical experience in Private Clients, specifically trusts, estate planning, and administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including quality drafting and research.
  • Aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client relationships.
