Job Overview

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational, and financial functions of the branch. They will promote branch visibility and drive business growth by enhancing customer and community awareness of the bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
  1. Drive sales performance and achieve bank and branch goals through proactive sales management.
  2. Develop new deposit and loan business by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a sales and service culture.
Human Resource Management:
  1. Ensure the training, development, and optimal performance of direct reports, equipping staff with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver superior customer service.
  2. Plan, implement, and drive team-building initiatives to enhance team morale and maintain high levels of staff motivation.
Operations:
  1. Authorize payment instruments, negotiable items, and internal sundry account transactions within delegated authority limits.
  2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, taking responsibility for resolving their complaints and addressing inquiries.
  3. Undertake additional duties as delegated by the Head of National Sales.
Administration:
  1. Ensure that branch premises are well-maintained, reflecting the positive image of the bank.
  2. Conduct periodic inspections of the branch and prepare relevant inspection reports.
  3. Organize and lead monthly general staff meetings.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  2. 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  3. Proven experience in hiring and training individuals.
