We are seeking a highly organized and confident Reception Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Devon. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel and brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front desk team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze front desk performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Reception Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A natural team leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
