About this Role

We are seeking an exceptional Psychology Graduate to support our team in delivering high-quality education to students. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to ensure the smooth running of lessons, promoting positive pupil behaviour and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students.
  • Assist with pupil behaviour and learning, ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Help prepare lesson plans and materials, as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a cheerful and positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
