We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent at our busy branch in Lincoln. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

As an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Lincoln, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £25,000 OTE per year, plus uncapped commission. You will also receive a company car, provided you hold a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.

Our Estate Agents work a standard 8:30am to 6pm schedule, four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday. You will also benefit from:

Your journey as an Estate Agent will begin with two weeks of training at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. You will receive:

  • Purpose-built training location

As an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Lincoln, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Continuing your training and development, with close support from your mentor
