Commercial Insurance Account Handler | £30K-£40K | Chartered Broker

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in South Manchester. Our company, Get Recruited, is a prestigious Chartered insurance brokerage with 45+ years of industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional broking services and customer care to our diverse commercial clients
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and service providers to negotiate optimal insurance terms
  • Resolve client issues proactively, collaborating with team leaders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support business placement strategies and operational efficiency to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial insurance broking with a strong understanding of risk management principles
  • GCSE or equivalent education (A Levels or degree preferred) with a focus on business and finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (broking software experience a plus) with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
