About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our Retail team on a 12-hour contract. As a Sales Advisor, you will work alongside an energetic team who are passionate about our product and engaging with customers, delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.


Key Responsibilities



  • Meet sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience within our store, making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain housekeeping to a high standard, ensuring a healthy and safe store environment.
  • Provide customers with information about our product, including features and benefits, as well as stock availability.
  • Implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales.
  • Keep our product tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed.
  • Support with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines.
  • Process deliveries and take on Keyholder responsibilities.


Your Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture.
  • A passion for selling and interacting with customers.
  • Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
  • Competence at till operations and cash/card handling.
  • Experience in Retail is desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes statutory holiday entitlement, uniform allowance, and 50% discount on Saltrock products.
