We are committed to helping individuals in Glasgow who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Our Turning Point Scotland services provide integrated health and social care, including a crisis residential unit, needle exchange, woundcare, harm reduction advice, signposting, and naloxone training and provision.
As an Inclusion Specialist, you will work with adults who have a wide range of support needs, providing individualised support on a 1:1 basis or alongside others as part of a team. You will be well-placed to fit your work around your existing commitments, with no pressure or obligation to accept work if it does not suit you.
You will accrue entitlement to paid holidays and be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in the course of your work. A basic training programme will be provided to enable you to operate safely and meet our organisation's obligations in terms of health & safety legislation.
Our estimated salary for this role is £13.16 per hour, based on the location and requirements of the position.
About Us
Turning Point Scotland provides low-threshold, direct access services for people experiencing a crisis due to alcohol or other drug use, including those who may be experiencing homelessness.
We believe having the right values of respect, compassion, inclusion, and integrity is essential for success in this role.
