Job Description:

As a Support Care Worker with The Human Support Group Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication. Additionally, you will help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While prior social care experience is not necessary, a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives is essential.
