Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the daily operations of the Blacksmiths Arms, ensuring seamless execution of our food and beverage offerings. As a Catalyst for Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business growth plans to increase revenue and profitability
* Manage daily operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
* Foster strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and optimize business performance

Requirements:
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Basic knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control
