About the School

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of KS1 students.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting academic excellence and social responsibility.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with parents, keeping them informed about student progress and achievements.
Requirements
  • PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching KS1 students.
  • Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
